Telx Telecom, a major telecommunications company is looking for Customer Service Representatives. Headquartered in Cooper City, FL with a staff of 70+ employees, we are a rapidly growing, leading edge company. Our services include local, long distance, T-1’s, PRI’s and VoIP. This individual should be energetic, motivated and thrive on providing customer satisfaction with every call they receive..

Responsibilities:
  • First line of communication between Telx Telecom and its customers
  • Provide problem resolution via the telephone
  • Resolve customer problems on the first call
  • Open trouble tickets using the correct internal system
  • Communicate problems for internal resolution
  • Communicate problems for internal resolution
  • Escalate problem to technical group
  • Must provide excellent customer care
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
  • Follow-Up with customer to verify final resolution
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability to talk with customers and thin analytically
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work holidays
  • Knowledge of DSL and T-1 fundamentals
  • Ability to learn complex technical information quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work and excel in a fast paced environment
