Improve Your Business Productivity with VoIP

2017 has exploded with new technology. With so many new types of tech clamoring for attention, it can be challenging for IT service providers to decide where to put their attention. Yet, upgrading one of the most customer-oriented technologies available doesn’t seem to be a high priority. Why is that? Your phone system is one of the most important technologies that your business has, specifically, your VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system. Although this technology has been around for many years, it’s surprising how many organizations have not fully transitioned from their traditional analog phone system to VoIP technology. Beyond the price paid for lost business...

Should Businesses Still Invest in Office Phones?

As VoIP stormed onto the small business scene nearly a decade ago, many businesses wanted to capitalize on the emerging trend. The only problem with doing so is that early VoIP technology did not include advanced call forwarding and “Follow-me” features. Newcomers made expensive outlays for new handsets that seem far less necessary today. So, is VoIP right for my office? Consider the following points before deciding whether or not to purchase office Phones: How often would employees answer work numbers from their mobile devices if you purchase office handsets? How to Successfully Prevent VoIP Eavesdropping

With the recent spate of cyber-attacks via Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) eavesdropping, the safety of your communication systems is at risk. iPhone Backdoor: Good or Bad?

The internet has been abuzz today with news that Apple is opposing the FBI’s request to hack into the San Bernardino terrorist’s iPhone. As it stands now, the iPhone’s encryption key can only be bypassed by the user or anyone who knows the password to the device.
